Dynamx Enterprise Architecture (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2018/327897/07) is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website. We operate from KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, South Africa.

What we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

We do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, follow up on conversations, and operate and secure this website.
Voluntary or mandatory
Providing contact details is voluntary. If you do not provide name, email, and a message on the contact form, we cannot respond through that channel. You may email us directly instead.
Who receives it
Personal information is accessed only by Dynamx staff who need it for the purposes above. Our website is hosted by Xneelo in South Africa, which processes server and form data as our operator under appropriate security obligations.
Cross-border transfer
Personal information collected through this website is processed and stored in South Africa. We do not transfer it outside South Africa.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal or operational requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
